Absolutely above and beyond service & arrangement from the Mesa location. Like the responsible daughter I am, I ordered an arrangement the morning of Mother’s Day. I live out state and have always had terrible luck with gambling on floral shops, until now. I feel like I struck gold. Not only was it delivered in a timely manner, but the flowers were so fragrant, fresh and arranged so eloquently, that you would never had guessed it was one of the busiest days of the year for these types of shops. Not only was the arrangement the types of you see in commercials, but the communication and service was unparalleled to any order I’ve ever made. I’ve always been very cautious of being overly nervous with holiday deadlines, and frankly, come off a bit of an annoyance to the industry workers, but as soon as I made the call to the shop, I was warmly greeted by the husband of the wife who runs the shop. I was instantly met with an empathic understanding of my needs and assurance. It was the type of conversation that felt less like customer service, but more of a conversation with an actual person. He kept in contact with every step of the way. Not only that, but didn’t make it seem like a chore. 20/10 will be continuing my business from here on out and I hope to whoever reads this that you will as well. Cheers ?

Flowers were great but most importantly was able to have them delivered same day!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
