It was a fantastic experience. The person who took my order was very friendly and professional. The arrangement looked much better than what I was expecting. Sending me a picture of the arrangement was a step that I have never experienced anywhere else. I was searching last minute for flowers for my sister, and even though this location is not technically 'local' to me, they made it happen! Dan does a wonderful job with customer service, ensuring everything is done just as you want. I highly recommend trusting his florist (I believe his wife), who is incredibly talented and brought my sister a wonderful arrangement. The woman who answered the phone spoke Spanish and English; she was very polite and accommodating. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful they did on a random Tuesday for my little sister.
